As someone who has built businesses, led teams, launched initiatives, and now walks the caregiving road personally — I understand what it means to hold a lot.
For more than 25 years in the direct selling industry, I’ve worked in leadership development, field training, and business strategy. I’ve helped entrepreneurs grow sustainable businesses, develop confidence in their leadership, and execute with clarity instead of chaos.
And I’ve also learned that strategy alone isn’t enough.
Â
A few months ago, I moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to family and step more fully into caregiving. That season changed me. It refined how I lead. It deepened my perspective. It made alignment non-negotiable.
Because when you’re balancing business, family, aging parents, and your own well-being, hustle stops working.
That’s where my work now lives.
Through The Balance Bridge, I guide entrepreneurial and professional women who are navigating business growth and real life at the same time. I teach practical frameworks that protect energy, clarify priorities, and create momentum without burnout.
Now through my  trainings, I help leaders and direct sellers use tools strategically — not for noise, not for automation overload — but for sharper thinking, stronger execution, and aligned action. Technology should strengthen leadership, not replace it.
I am a Certified Vision Board Coach, a NAHA Certified Aromatherapist, and a Life Coach. My approach blends strategic business development with intentional living, because sustainable success requires both structure and self-awareness.
My expertise sits at the intersection of:
• Direct selling leadership and business strategy
• AI training and ChatGPT implementation for entrepreneurs
• Caregiving balance and intentional life design
I don’t teach theory.
I teach what I live.
